About Vital Care Urgent Care
Making medical care accessible for everyone is our incentive at Vital Care Urgent Care. Our friendly staff and medical providers are here to help you when your child falls and hurts their knee, your spouse has a fever that won’t go down, or you have a pounding headache that isn’t going away. In addition to our immediate care services, you can rely on our facilities for X-rays, diagnostic lab work, sick care, allergy treatments, and a variety of DOT and sports physicals for professional and educational needs.
We have multiple locations in the Midland; TX; Odessa; TX; Big Spring, TX; and Abilene, TX areas for your convenience, and each one is open every day from 8 AM to 8 PM.
